Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

General Question Category

  1. Answer:

Typically, we request parents to participate with their child in a 2-week trial program initially.

This allows us to assess both the parents’ and, more importantly, the child’s behavior and development before considering full-time enrollment.

This serves as a crucial part of our vetting process, ensuring that we ONLY admit students who align with the kindergarten’s values.

We specifically seek students with normal, decent manners and behaviors, aiming to avoid any unnecessary problems.

This thorough & careful selection process is essential to ensure our teachers can handle each student fairly, contributing to the successful development of every child during their time at Exploria Kindergarten.

Moreover, we prioritize a positive and disciplined environment, expecting students to engage respectfully with their peers, minimizing any unnecessary disciplinary issues.

Our ultimate goal is to foster a conducive learning environment, allowing students to progress gradually and become excellent individuals at each stage.

In cases where a trial student doesn’t meet the vetting criteria, we regret to inform that full-time enrollment will be denied.

This decision is rooted in our commitment to avoiding problematic students, safeguarding our teachers’ ability to manage all students equally and without unnecessary challenges.

Once the trial program has ended, the vetting process will be conducted internally within the kindergarten management & the staff before confirming the full time enrollment which later we will notify to the respective trial parents separately.

The vetting process will take roughly a week/two weeks before the finalized decision on the enrollment.

We hope this clarifies.
